the swimming carnival

At my school we are put into 3 houses Turner, Cameron and Wanneke. I'm in Turner. I went in the 50m freestyle, back stroke and breast stroke. I came 2nd 1st and 3rd.

Turner won  I was really happy!

Snow

this is the last snow man I built

we went to see a castle in Cheshire called Beeston castle

we built a snow man with my cousin and sister

I love the snow

I went to england and I got snowed in. I built 8 snow men and one snow chair. I did lots of fun things. all my family lives there so I went to see them. I had a great time and I want to go again!We also visited chester, a roman city near my grandma.

COOKIES

I love cookies,do you?

CHOCOLATE-CHIP-COOKIES!                                      

INGREDIENTS

1. Chocolate-chips 1 cup

2. Brown sugar 1 cup

3. Butter, softened 125 g ( 4 oz )

4. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
5. backing powder

5. Egg 1

6. Flour 1  1/2 cups

7.Pinch of salt

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 

. Melt the butter for 20 seconds or more, then put into a big bowl
. Add the sugar and cream together
. Then crack an egg and mix
. Add the vanilla essence and stir
. Then get a cup, and add the baking powder, with a little bit of water and mix
. Add a pinch of salt and stir
. Then add the flour a little bit at a time.
. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

. Put spoonfuls of mixture on baking tray 

bake for 15 to 17 minutes.

eat it yummmmm!!
